What Hazelchat focuses on
- Answers you can check. Every answer shows the passages it came from. If your content doesn't cover a question, the agent says so and offers your contact option.
- Nothing goes live by accident. Content changes are drafts. You test them privately, then publish a version.
- A next step for the visitor. Send visitors to the booking, checkout, trial or enquiry route you choose. Enquiries are saved in your workspace, and every paid plan emails them to you.
When Hazelchat is the wrong choice
- Your team wants to answer chats live, or take over from the AI mid-conversation.
- You need a helpdesk with tickets, or email, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp in the same inbox.
- The agent must look up orders or act inside your shop.
- Several teammates need their own logins to the same workspace.
