Will Hazelchat work on my website?

Hazelchat is platform-independent. If you can add a short script to your website—or ask a developer to—you can install the widget. You choose the allowed website and verify the script before enabling it. There are apps for WordPress, Wix, Webflow and Framer, guides for builders such as Squarespace, Weebly, Duda and Ghost, and all installation options in one place.

What is included in Free?

Free includes 50 visitor answers backed by attached evidence each month, one verified website, the current recommended model and saved enquiries. It needs no credit card. Paid plans use a separate seven-day trial and require a payment method. Compare plans.

What can I use as a source?

Public website text, searchable PDFs, Word documents, text files and approved Q&A. Scanned files need OCR elsewhere, and pages that require JavaScript rendering are not yet supported.

What happens when Hazelchat does not know?

It says it does not have enough information. You can offer a contact link or enquiry form, review the unanswered question, add approved information and test again before publishing.

What happens when Free reaches 50 answers?

The widget stops answering new questions until the next monthly period and offers the contact option you configured. There is no automatic overage charge. Your private tests do not consume the visitor allowance.
