Overview

Hazelchat reads the pages, documents and answers you choose and turns them into a chat agent for your website. Every answer is written from those sources and shows them, so you and your visitors can check it. When your content does not cover a question, the agent says so and offers your contact options instead of guessing.

Setting one up takes three stages: add your content, try the agent, then add it to your website. Visitors see nothing until you publish and switch it on.
