Unanswered questions
The questions your agent could not answer, from real visitors. Each one is a gap you can close in a minute.
What appears here
A question appears when your sources had nothing to answer it with. Visitors got your handoff message and your contact options instead. The count next to Unanswered questions in the sidebar shows how many are waiting.
Questions from your own tests are kept apart from visitors’ questions, so the list shows what real people asked.

Decide whether you want to answer it
Some questions are out of scope. The agent already handles those correctly by handing over.
Add the answer
If a page has the answer, add that page under Sources. Otherwise add a Q&A with the visitor’s wording as one of its questions.
Check and publish
Click Add as test to keep the question as a test, try it in Test agent, then publish.
Get them in your tools
On paid plans, Zapier and n8n can receive each new unanswered question, for example as a Slack message or a row in a sheet. Claude or ChatGPT can also read them and draft answers for your review through the AI assistants connector.
