You pay for answers visitors get from your sources. Tests, handoffs and “I don’t know” replies are free.

Paid plans add enquiry emails, Zapier and n8n, the Claude and ChatGPT connector and the choice of AI model. Business and Scale drop “Powered by Hazelchat”. Paying yearly gives two months free. See Pricing for every detail.
What counts as an answer
Only answers written from your sources count. Your tests, handoffs and replies saying the information is not available are free. At 80% of your allowance you get a warning; at 100% the chat offers your contact options until the next month or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges.
The same on every plan
Up to 50 sources and 500,000 characters, 40 pages per read, files up to 5 MB and 100 saved versions. Free workspaces pause after 90 days without use.
