Choose languages

• Default language: used when no other fits.
• Visitors can also use: the other languages you allow.
• Visitor’s language from: the visitor’s browser, or your page’s own language.

The chat’s buttons and fixed messages switch to the visitor’s language. Text you write yourself, such as the greeting and conversation starters, appears as you wrote it.

Sources in each language

The agent answers from sources in the language of the question. A German question finds German pages; it does not translate your English ones. If you serve visitors in several languages, add your pages in each of them.
