Details visitors see

Under Visitor privacy notice: your Business name, Privacy notice URL, Privacy contact email and the Enquiry permission wording visitors agree to before leaving their details.

AI model

Every plan answers with the recommended model. Paid plans can choose from the other models on the list, from Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Mistral and others. Whichever you choose, it answers only from your sources and goes through the same checks. See integrations for the full list.

Usage and limits

Plan & monthly allowance shows the answers used this month. Set a Daily answer limit to spread your allowance over the month. When the limit is reached, visitors are offered your contact options instead of an answer.

Notifications and connections

• Email me when a visitor saves an enquiry (paid plans).
• Keys for Zapier and n8n: up to five per workspace, each shown once. See the Enquiry API.
• The connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code (paid plans).
