Tests
Save the questions that matter and run them all with one click before you publish.
Add a test
Click Add test, type the question and say what should happen:
- Should answer from my sources: for questions your content covers. If the answer must come from one particular source, pick it under Must quote a source.
- Should hand off (no answer): for questions your agent should not answer, so it offers your contact options instead.
You can also save a question as a test from Test agent, Conversations or Unanswered questions with Add as test. Up to 20 tests per workspace.
Run them
Click Run tests. Each test runs against your saved draft and shows whether it passed and which sources were used. Tests are free: they never count towards your monthly answers.
Run them after adding or excluding sources, after changing guidance and before every publish.
