Conversations
Every question visitors asked, with the exact information each answer was written from.
Read conversations
Each conversation shows the visitor’s questions, the answers and the sources behind them, and whether the visitor asked for a person or left an enquiry. Filter by Widget conversations or Preview tests to keep your own tests apart.
When you see an answer you would phrase differently, improve the source it came from or add a Q&A, then save the question with Add as test.
Where a chat started
Where the visitor’s browser reports it, a conversation shows the page the chat started on, the site that linked to it and campaign tags. You can switch this off under Privacy and data.
How long they are kept
90 days by default. Choose anything from 1 to 365 days under Settings.
