Your agent can only be as good as the content you give it. These habits make the biggest difference.
Choose content that answers questions
Start with what customers ask. Prices, delivery and returns, opening hours, what is included, how to book. Add those pages first.
Leave out noise. Blog archives, legal boilerplate and old news make answers less precise. You can exclude a source without deleting it.
Fill gaps with a Q&A. When the answer is not written anywhere, add an approved Q&A with the ways visitors phrase the question.
Keep it current. When a page changes, read it again under Sources so the saved text matches your website.
Test like a visitor
Ask in the words your customers use, not the words on your pages. Try short questions, typos and the questions you get by email most often. Save the important ones as tests and run them after each change, so a fix for one answer never quietly breaks another.
Make the handoff useful
An agent that says “I don’t know” and stops loses the visitor. Switch on enquiries and add your contact page under Handoff, so every question without an answer still ends with a way to reach you. Set a next step such as booking a meeting, so a good answer leads somewhere.
Review every week
Open Unanswered questions and add the answers that are missing, then look through Conversations for answers you would phrase differently. Publish once you are happy: visitors see your changes only after you publish.
